ORDER DISPATCH

You will be sent an e.mail order confirmation immediately on receipt of your order, followed by shipping confirmation on dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, subject to stock availability, and payment verification, however, please allow up to 21 days for delivery, before contacting us.

UK ORDERS

Orders are shipped by 48 hour courier, or post, whichever is the most appropriate. All orders shipped by courier service are fully trackable. For urgent UK mainland orders we are able to offer a 24 hour delivery service, at an extra cost - see below.

UK MAINLAND (EXCLUDING NORTHERN IRELAND, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS):

Orders of £50 or more, are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
For orders of less than £50 carriage is charged at £4.95 per order.
Please allow 14 days for delivery.
For 24 hour delivery, on any order, an additional charge of £4.95 is payable.

NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS, ISLE OF MAN, SCILLY ISLES AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS:
