PRICES

All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, and inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at the current rate. All prices are valid until 31st January 2006.

PAYMENT

We are able to accept payment by credit/debit card, (we welcome Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Visa Delta), cheque or postal order. All credit/debit card sales are subject to the usual authorisation. Credit/debit cards are not debited until goods are despatched.

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Sunlover. All cheques are subject to a clearing period of around 5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) prior to the dispatch of orders.

DESCRIPTIONS

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided, the majority of items are hand-made from natural materials, and may vary slightly from details specified. All measurements given are approximate.

RETURNS/ORDER CANCELLATION

You are able to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you also have the right to cancel and return any part of your order within 7 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) of receipt, for any reason. Provided the returned goods reach us in good condition, you will receive a full refund for the returned items. However, the cost of returning such goods is payable by you. Please ensure any such returns are correctly labelled, and packed sufficiently.

Notification of any damaged items received, shortages or any other discrepancy with your order should be received by us within 7 days of delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We will immediately acknowledge receipt of your communication, and contact you to discuss how best to resolve the problem, at no additional cost to you.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on the following:
- items returned after 28 days, under any circumstances.
- damaged items not notified to us within 7 days of receipt (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Please note that the above may be subject to review, and Sunlover reserves the right to alter terms and conditions at some future date.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
